Due to corona virus restrictions please see the following information before booking a session or a Summer camp.
Parents upon booking sessions do so on the basis that neither the gymnast or any one in their bubble have had any symptoms or contact with any one for the past 14 days.
We will offer varied classes which are all bookable online and will be on a first come first served basis. Payment will be required by debit or credit card only via the booking system.
The gym equipment has been carefully selected and will be sanitised before during and after both indoor and outdoor sessions.
The maximum number of gymnasts per outside session is 4 and inside session is 15.
Arrival and departure will be staggered with a 15 minute change over time to allow for deep cleaning and to minimise group cross overs. Please do not arrive early or late on drop off/pick up, please only arrive on time.
Social distancing of 2m will be carefully observed at all times and where possible have visual guidance.
Increased hygiene processes with advised hand washing at home prior to arrival and also on return home for both staff and gymnasts.
Parents will not be allowed inside the gym area.
We will test all temperatures on arrival.
Hand sanitising on both entry and exit and additional sanitising during classes for both staff and gymnasts.
There will be no toilet facilities during outdoor lessons.
Gymnasts must bring a bottle of water to their session, please note there will be no facilities to refill this so please provide enough for the whole session. Provide a packed lunch for your child if they’re attending a Summer camp (no nuts or bananas please). These must stay in gym bags at all times on personal numbered stations.
Gymnasts will remove shoes upon entering the gym for an indoor lesson and place their shoes in their gym bag.
Gymnasts must keep all their belongings in their gym bag on their numbered station at all times.
If we cancel a regular published outdoor class date, due to the weather or other factors out of our control, we will attempt to offer an alternative class day, time or date to substitute this cancelled class. This is known as a ‘make-up class’.
If we cancel a regular published indoor class date, due to the weather or other factors out of our control a refund or a make up class will not be applicable as per our club policies.
