These classes are suitable for participants who have an interest in tricking, parkour or free running. Our freestyle programme is split up into classes via age groups. Classes will follow a ‘semi structured’ lesson consisting of a structured warm up and structured class activity followed by an opportunity for the participants to express gymnastics in a very free and individual manner. Participants will use the equipment and set ups how they see fit. Coaches will be on hand to provide help and feedback where required and they will ensure the environment remains safe, positive and most of all FUN. Our freestyle classes are all about freedom and they encourage participants to learn challenging skills and through achievement, creates confidence, self-discipline and motivation.
