Kids LOVE to tumble! These classes are suitable for both girls and boys who are interested in learning to tumble. Our tumbling classes range from ages 5 – 16 years old. Activities include floor, track, trampette and conditioning. Tumbling builds strength, power, courage, body awareness, balance and confidence it also gives children a perfect venue for showing off both in and out of the gym! Our tumbling program is based on structured progressions, with an emphasis on safety and progress and no matter what your focus is, tumbling is totally FUN!
